At Walyn, we aim for careful, timely, and secure delivery of all our handcrafted leather goods. Below you will find our shipping terms.
1. Processing time
All orders are processed within a maximum of 10 business days.
For custom-made or personalised products, processing times may vary; this will always be agreed upon in advance via direct contact.
Orders are not processed during weekends or official holidays.
2. Shipping regions
Walyn currently ships exclusively within the European Union.
If you would like a delivery outside the EU, please contact us at info@walynleather.com.
3. Shipping methods & delivery times
All packages are shipped via bpost.
Indicative standard delivery times:
- Belgium: according to standard bpost delivery times
- Rest of the EU: according to standard bpost delivery times for international shipments
Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and may vary due to external circumstances.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
- Belgium: €7.50
- Rest of the EU: €16.00
Free shipping applies to all orders from €150.
5. Track & Trace
Every order is shipped with Track & Trace.
You will automatically receive a tracking link once your order has been processed and handed over to bpost.
6. Lost, damaged, or undelivered packages
If you experience delivery issues or if your package does not arrive as indicated by the tracking information, you may contact us at info@walynleather.com.
Please inform us within 14 days after the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in opening an investigation with bpost, but Walyn cannot be held liable for damage or loss caused by the carrier.
7. Incorrect address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate address information.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping can only occur at the customer’s expense.
8. Custom & personalised products
Custom-made items are subject to specific agreements regarding processing and delivery times.
These are always discussed and confirmed in advance via info@walynleather.com.
9. Customs & import duties
All shipments are made within the European Union; therefore, no customs duties apply.
