Frequently asked questions
At Walyn, every piece is crafted entirely by hand using premium Italian leathers from renowned tanneries such as Carlo Badalassi, alongside exceptional hides from Radermecker. We select each material with intention, stitch every detail with ultra-durable MeiSi thread, and build every product with patience and precision. This slow, deliberate craftsmanship gives each item its own unique character, ensuring it will age beautifully and stand the test of time.
We use Pueblo leather from the Carlo Badalassi tannery in Tuscany and locally sourced leather from the Radermacker tannery in Belgium. Both are known for exceptional quality and rich texture. We also incorporate high-quality surplus leather, responsibly sourced from various companies, giving premium materials a second life while reducing waste.
To care for your leather goods:
Keep the leather dry and wipe off moisture immediately.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
Apply a high-quality leather conditioner every few months. (exept Pueblo leather)
Store your item in a cool, ventilated space when not in use.
Allow the leather to age naturally — it will develop a rich, unique patina over time.

Each Walyn piece is handcrafted from start to finish, which means we take the necessary time to ensure every detail is perfect. Production typically takes around 10 days, depending on the complexity of the item. Once your piece is completed, it is carefully inspected, hand-finished, and securely packaged before being shipped to you. Quality takes time — and we believe your item should be worth the wait.
Yes, all Walyn products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a stitching issue or structural fault appears due to craftsmanship, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
Shipping for warranty repairs is at the customer’s expense.
Beyond the warranty, we also offer long-term care and repair services, ensuring your piece can be maintained and enjoyed for many years to come.
